The Adaptive Leadership Institute is an intensive leadership development immersion experience incorporating many learning modes to grow the habits successful leaders need in today’s workplace. Attend the half-day classroom/coaching sessions, read and watch videos on leadership topics between sessions, complete assignments and meet with your supervisor and colleagues to practice new skills.
The three levels of training in the Adaptive Leadership Institute prepare individuals moving into leadership roles, team leaders, managing team members and assets to reach organizational goals and unit leaders, managing a department, setting goals and standards for the organization.
